Crimson Red Shoes: Color of the Month

Happy Fourth of July everyone, did you enjoy the brief summer holiday? Well, I was out of the country working, so I didn’t enjoy it as much as most of you probably did. Where did you spend the Holiday? I guess most of you went to the beach, stroll at the park or take a very, very long nap.

Anyway, its Monday again, a new week has begun and all of us will definitely face all the challenges this week has to offer. Honestly, I’m already thinking about the weekend, I want to take a really long nap, perhaps a nice weekend rest sipping some vodka, my foot hurts with this silly wedge boots I am wearing all day, sometimes the whole night, my clients are so hard headed.

Aw! Ranting through this pages (smiling really wide); let’s just go back to our original topic. So I will be out of the country the whole month of July. And since I am miles away waiting for the designated time of every appointment in my calendar. I would sit at a coffee shop, take some sips on my latte and a big bite on my favorite blue berry muffins. As the hands of time ticked slowly, I can’t help but notice the lovely shoes the ladies around me, passing by, on the streets-are wearing, and since it is the month of July where Ruby is the main birthstone, why not feature something on the same color, crimson red.

I notice that most ladies here would either wear something flat, a sandals or a doll shoes but most of them opted for a wedge boots, perhaps because of the weather, its rainy here if you wanted to know, there is even a typhoon if I am not mistaken, its hard to walk wearing heels during the rainy season so most of the ladies are either wearing a flat form heels, slippers or as I mentioned wedge boots.

Some caught my attention, too bad I didn't bring my camera, and if I did, its prohibited to take photos in certain areas, and as of the moment as I am writing this post, I am inside a cafe in a hotel that doesn't allow taking pictures of people, and arguing that I only took the photo of the shoes is not a better option so I just browse the net and look for something close but I ended up taking picture of the shoes I want for myself.

Anyway this post is just so I can express my excitement for this month, as stated on the earlier paragraphs, today's July, the birthstone is Ruby which is red, and I wanted to feature something to commemorate not only this month but also the color of ruby.

When it comes to shoes I’m sure every girl has a pair of two, be it a designer one, something bought on a wholesale women’s shoes store, on a sale, a hand down, a customize we have it.

Stud Designed Shoes, well its not so bad to have a pair or two since there are dress down Friday right, most company’s allow their employees to wear casual clothes during Friday, not to mention payday usually comes at Friday meaning time to relax in a nice restaurant or meet with friends somewhere.

Well that’s it, some of you might think this is useless, that you already know these facts, but there are others who are just beginning to bloom so this would probably help them, I do hope this would help.

June and Weddings: A Story thru Images

I don’t know the real story behind these photos, but looking at it from the first image up to the last one, this is surely one of the most beautiful events in a couples lives. Consequently, since this is a photo I saw on a social network, there is not enough space to narrate each and every image but any person who’ll see this can definitely create a story on the events that happened during that time.

Through these images, you can see the passion, giddiness, excitement and nervousness, perhaps all the emotions there is. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Actually these are not the original sequence of the photo. I just crop and paste from the original image and create my own flow of events.

My original plan is to add short excerpts on my own words based on the sequenced I created, but then as I clicked the preview button (checking if the images goes out the way I want it to be) I realized words are not needed, the couples emotions are enough for you to understand the events. Each photo shows their passion and love for each other that even someone whose not good at weaving stories can tell, this is a perfect fairy tale.

June: Pearls, Flowers and Weddings

I wonder what is it about June and weddings, anyway that was way back, when I was still a child and whenever the month of June approaches there are so many couples (mostly my relatives, either my aunt, uncle or any of my cousins) getting married, while on some days of the month either we attend one my relatives, sometimes my parents friends, even our neighbors wedding anniversary dinners.

But as I’ve said, that was during my childhood days, slowly as I passed this phrase I notice how great the season is, the trace of winter is gone, the weather is so fine that you can taste summer through the breeze, the fields are gradually getting greener every single day and flowers are starting to be in full bloom. And that was when I realized that weddings are really great during the month of June.

Nevertheless, I won’t pick June when the time comes that I walk down the aisle, (that would be a few more years) maybe May, my birth month or perhaps sometime from the "ber" months. I don’t want to join the June brides, as much as possible I want to be the only bride to get my vows on a certain month if that’s possible, but then again, I notice that churches and other venues are always jam packed for wedding events whatever time and date.

Talking about wedding dates, June I think is the halfway of summer, flowers blooming everywhere, their scents surrounding the whole place, oh by the way, June's birthstone jewelry is pearl, and an old saying somewhere in Asia stated that a bride shouldn’t wear pearls on her wedding day, include it on her wedding dress or any part of her body, for she is bound to cry all throughout her marriage if she do so. A few weeks ago, I posted something about the Real Life Barbie’s since during that time Valeria Lukyanova is trending all over the world, so I decided to feature them (Kotakoti and Lukyanova). Nevertheless, what surprises me is that, Valeria Lukyanova is not the most search name, in fact, according to my blogs data, Kota Koti or Dakota Rose is what people are searching for. With this knowledge I got even more curious than the first time I learned about Kotakoti, and the result of my curiosity is here.

Okay then, Dakota Ostrenga as her birth given name or Kotakoti as the Asian’s addressed her or Dakota Rose one of the most sensational online personality is a real life Barbie. As far as the information I gather through reading and browsing all articles available, she came from Japan, but then some articles stated that she is now based in San Francisco, wherever she is, I really don’t mind since she’s been posting her videos on YouTube.

I don’t know why people are so interested in real life dolls, maybe because just like Barbie, they looked so pretty with their porcelain like complexion, big expressive eyes, perfect lips and body, fashion jewelry, designer clothes and shoes, and of course fame.

Anyway going back to the topic, since there is not much information regarding Kotakoti/Dakota Rose lets just all see her photos and you be the judge if what she claims to be “surgery free” and “only make-up” look is true or not.

And that's Dakota Rose, an online sensation, a living doll, a real life barbie. Whatever you call her, my point here is that, its her own life, she wanted something, she did her best to do everything to achieve her goal.

In the future she can say to herself, I did my best. Yes, she might regret the decisions she made today but we are all living at the present time at least she get what she wanted, in the future let her face the consequences of her actions.

2012 MTV Movie Awards: Jean-Claude Van Damme's Special Date

Curious who Mr. Expendables date is at the recently concluded 2012 MTV Movie Awards? Jean-Claude Van Damme, five times married, twice on this is on the same lady brought his daughter last Sunday as his special date on 2012 MTV Movie Awards.

Bianca Bree or Bianca Van Varenberg, the aspiring 21 year old actress and Jean-Claude Van Damme’s daughter step out of the red carpet wearing a combination of blue, white and black stripe mini dress with a cut-out side getting the attention of the paparazzo’s not to mention she’s beside the main star of the popular movie “Expendables 2”.

Anyway Bianca and her brother Kristopher has been taking another path, a little bit different from what their parents took- ex-bodybuilder Gladys Portugues Van Damme’s wife from 1987-1992- as they have been appearing in different television series and movies, sometimes co-starring their father.

Do you remember last year’s British reality TV series, "Jean-Claude Van Damme: Behind Closed Doors"? Nina Dobrev is on Maxim 84th spot. The Vampire Diaries star that plays the role of Elena Gilbert, one of the lead roles of the said series, a young beautiful girl whom vampire brothers fell in love with, she’s playing a dual role on the said series the other one is Katherine Pierce a ruthless vampire from the 19th century.

Sarah Shani on the 36th spot on Maxim 100 Most Beautiful Women gain popularity through her role as DJ Carmen de la Pica Morales on the series The L Word, she was also one of the main cast in several series in Hollywood such as Dawson’s Creek and Alias.

Jessica Alba mother of two, the dark angel and Maxims 33rd on the list of the Most Beautiful Women of 2012. From being the exotic dancer Nancy Callahan on the hit movie Sin City to becoming a marvel super hero Sue Storm resulting for a lead role in the hit television series Dark Angel.

Ann Hatthaway is on the 23rd spot of the Most Beautiful Women list of Maxim, the princess in the hit movie series The Princess Diaries and The Princess Diaries 2: The Royal Engagement. One of the most talented actresses in our generation receiving different nomination and an Emmy award for her voice over performance in the movie The Simpsons.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley on the 11th spot, one of Victoria’s Secret top model who got a lead role in the Transformer: Dark of the Moon in which she received the “Breakout Stars to Watch for in 2011” title.
