The Health of The Intestinal Villi Determines The Health of The Blood and Body

This is a picture of healthy intestinal villi or the root system of your body in the small intestines where stem cells are made. This part of your body has a surface area of over 7000 square feet and is the primary site of stem cell production. It is the liquid food or chyme at a pH of 8.4 that is biologically transformed in the crypts of the intestinal villi into embryonic cells and then into red blood cells to be taken up to the heart to be circulated throughout the body. It is the red blood cells that becomes the new body cells. The quality of the red blood cell will determine the ultimate health or unhealthy state of all organs and tissues. The health or quality of the red blood cells is determined by what you eat, drink and think. Foods like animal proteins, dairy, high sugar fruits, fermented foods like yogurt and soy, coffee, tea, alcohol, vinegar, algae, mushroom, probiotics, any form of sugar and especially antibiotics will destroy the health of the delicate intestinal villi leading to all sickness and disease.

The foods that will keep the intestinal villi healthy, the blood and the body are all green fruit and vegetables such as avocado, cucumber, broccoli, spinach, celery, parsley, wheat grass, barley grass, kamut grass, straw grass, dog grass, all leafy greens, and healthy polyunsaturated oils of Omega 3, 6 and 9, alkaline water and finally mineral salts.
